These terms apply to Tandeo, a free website run by BaltaJmn (Spain) that lets you post videos to your own TikTok account. By using Tandeo you accept them. Contact: baltajmn@gmail.com.

Using Tandeo

• You must be allowed to use TikTok and follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Only post content you created or have the rights to. You are responsible for what you publish, its caption and its settings.
• When your content promotes yourself, a brand or a third party, disclose it with the commercial content option, as TikTok requires.
• Do not use Tandeo to spam, to post on accounts you are not allowed to use, or to get around TikTok's limits.

What Tandeo does

Tandeo sends the video, caption and settings you choose to TikTok when you press Post. TikTok decides whether and when the video is published and may take a few minutes to process it. Tandeo does not keep copies of your videos (see the Privacy Policy).

No warranty

Tandeo is provided free and as is. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error free, and we are not liable for content that fails to publish, for TikTok's decisions, or for indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and termination

We may change or stop Tandeo, or these terms, at any time; changes will be published on this page. You can stop using Tandeo whenever you want by logging out and removing its access in TikTok.

Not affiliated with TikTok

Tandeo is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its owners.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
